Langst/Klangst oneshot

Okay! So, HEY GOIS UND GALS! So this oneshot is based of an edit I made a while ago,, so anywayz- enjoy this shit~


















The paladins were in a battle against the galra protecting Earth from Sendak. They had almost done it  until Keith noticed an ion canon being aimed at

Lance ddin't notice the canon seeming he was having small flashbacks of his time with blue, before everything started getting really serious. Back when he was a carefree teen, just living life to its fullest. Not worrying about an intergalactic war.

"LANCE! BEHIND YOU!!" Keith yelled from the black lion as Lance shot up in the red lion, trying to get out of the galras reach.

When Lance noticed the canon it was too late.

Lance quickly took his last breath before getting shot by the canon, he felt like he was on fire, then it all went black.

after a while scenes of him stranded in a dessert then protecting Veronica flooded his head. Then memories of him and Keith, that time when he shot Sendak then Keith cut his weird arm off. What does this mean? What is it telling him?

About 6 1/2 dobashes later he woke up with a start. Red sending him waves of encouragement, with worry in them.

'Was that Red? Did she send me those....memories...???' Lance couldn't stop thinking about it.

When he got back to the garrison he was surrounded by everyone, being forced into some sorta hug pile, even James joined in. 'What a cutie, I knew he cared <3'

It was nice. But I still couldn't get those scenes out my head, something about Keith, then a galra ship in a dessert, Veronica...

He wasn't sure what it meant, but he would soon.

(will change from 1st to 3rd POV, I'm sOrry! I can't do POVs xD but they're all Lances.)


Lance's and Veronica's buggy flipped over after being shot by a galra fighter, sending us flying.


Lance groggily woke up, groaning as he rubbed his head, lifting his top half up so he was resting on his knees.

Suddenly reality hit him as his eyes widened as he looked around for Veronica "VERONICA?!" He yelled as he stood up, running around the dust trying to find her.

When I found her I cradled her in my arms, pulling her close to my chest. ( ;)) ) I noticed the same Galra righter coming back for more and got filled up will rage and adrenaline.

I placed her behind me as I charged at the fighter as I activated my bayard shooting at it. When I realized there was no way I was going to defeat this I accepted my fate, my expression turning into a relaxed one. " I'm sorry Veronica...I couldn't save you...I love you." I took my last breath as I heard my sisters screams, along with everyone else's.

"LANCE! NO!!" Keith and Veronica yelled in union as Veronica watched the galra fighter shoot me, and Keith as he listened to my last breath.

Back at the garrison everyone held their hands over their mouth as they watched my heart monitor stop then go red, indicating I was dead.

As I died I realized what red was trying to tell me,

I was going to die on this mission..

And that I should've told Keith how I felt,

that I should've just been honest with him about my feelings before I died.

How come you only ever understand when it's too late?
